I thought I would give it a try and add some color with it. I love the results!!! Loved in life and in art, she will always have my heart...

Very cute! I haven't looked at the other versions you allude to (so forgive me for asking something that's been asked before), but did you stage this, or composit it digitally from separate shots? This would be an adorable motif for a wedding invitation, by the way. My only two thoughts are that he's looking too far off in the distance (a little more face and less neck would be nice in his shot) and that scarf on his head is actually distracting in the color shot. I really enjoyed this piece, thanks for sharing.

Oh OK, now you've confused me!!! (Not difficult to do BTW!!) I really liked it in B&W but I think I prefer this with the selective colouring - it brings the focus to the two of you as a couple. Brilliant! xx
