I just showed my five year old how to use the volume button on the remote. He had wanted to turn the TV down, well, what do you think he did? He turned it up all the way. LOL So sorry that you are sad, hun. But this is a gorgeous portrait, love the lighting and the B&W. Fantastic. HUGS Maria
