Thanks for this copyright series, a lot of useful information here. That said, I live in Canada, in your laymen's opinion, would your US act even apply to me given rendo is a US based site?
my work here is never the final original work. i learned a long time ago to keep the basic idea on disk along with whatever other elements i included in the final image.all in all if others feel what i create is worth going through the trouble of removing my name as i've seen at said site. so be it. they don't have the whole idea behind what i put into it nor do they have any of the other "real" versions of my characters. mer you are fabulous to share this info .thanks a million.hugs+
