firstly i want to say thanks to cyper over at the planetside forums for sharing this file
i want no praise for the city and atmos settings for they are his
the only thing i have done was to play around with the cirrus clouds so that they are warped around the high tower -- once i got the clouds right i moved his tower so that it was underneath the clouds
