Description

Digitally enhanced watercolour sketches of [a] Crocus and [b] Poppies. The original sketches were very 'washed out', soggy and stained so I scanned them before the paper disintegrated. Thank heaven for the marvel of digital filters to rescue such items, at least in part! [PS I'll catch up with comments over the weekend] Mike

Shucks! Lately I have been feeling pretty 'washed out', soggy and stained. These are utterly beautiful. Unfortunately, I don't think that there are any filters that would help me...

What is it about the natural weathering of time. Sometimes you can't do any better. These are grabbers!

Such beautiful flowers reminding of the time when it's possible to see them growing... It takes here few months still even for crocuses. Again you've used that wonderful light. Thanks, Mike, for these lovely reminders!
