Description

The terrorists hit the motorcycle market in Baghdad according to yesterday's noon TV. Here I kept upping the ante on the second figure on the second bike from Poser 2 low-res to Poser 4 lo-res to Poser 5 casual until Jessica casual. Then I had to go with a straight Sydney and add clothes. This broke the thread but I was able to save the file and take it to Carrara directly as a pz3. Unfortunately, Simon and Sydney squeezed the tank so tight trying to crush the aspirin between their knees the doctor had prescribed that I ran out of time trying to figure out the constraints and bones which were up against stops and limits. So!... I tryed the very minimum render settings in Poser with Firefly with a 500x500 size. It worked! The chrome was even not black!! My textures stood up!! Not the blue-white of raytrace but a DAZ look. I removed the raytrace off light 2 and ent with depth map and I even had shadows. Then 700x 700 image size and here we are. Poser shows it can thump! And it can even banzai a bit. About 30 horsepower equally for the lady and the man. Forget the controls are off sides for Federal mandate. Forget the bolts are whitworth and fine metric obsolete. Forget she has to have help with anything over 160cc to kick it and there is no electric starter and definitely no battery.

It's clear who's the boss here: he glowers, she grins. The bikes remain steadfastly neutral - or should that be aloof - in the dispute. Mike

I once jumped from my CZ 250 to a friends Bultaco 250. Not so easy to go from left foot shift to right foot shift.Muscle memory is strong. the crash hurt. Really great modeling Dale. Jay

where has all the grease monkeys gone, well they jumped off the wagon and got ran over by Dale's off road bikes being ridden on city streets. she took out 3 and he is mad because he did not even catch one carp.there maybe a immoral side to this fiction but it escapes through the exhaust

Dear Dale, Your recitation of rendering woes is so typical! Why can't someone write a rendering engine that works fast and doesn't crash!! It's not exactly rocket science for gosh sakes!!! The OBJ formtat and Poser's derivative PZ3, CR2, PP2, etc. are about as easy to read as you can get. Do the face culling, and light the dumb polygons!!! I suspect the crashes all come from mismanaging the heap! Did all the morons skip C 101?????? Poser is the worst offender - they add new features on top of crummy code. Fix the problems first!!!! OK, OK, I'll get off my soapbox!!!! You are the masters of the motorcycles!! The guys looks a lot more aggressive while the gal seems to be out for a joy ride!!! Or perhaps that's more a function of handlebar location! Cute take on a little sunrise bike run!!!! Love ya!!! Meredith Meredith Elaine Wilson - MeredithLand
