sad, teared
theres something missing
not depressed just not whole
there.. but not completely there
smiling but crying
a future thought out, imagined, talked about
all gone

Me too. This is quite extraordinary stuff. Your work is appearing more subtle and poignant than anguished these days, yet still with that dark grungy edge. Very thought-provoking Preston, I hope you'll continue to post for a while yet.
