The big guy in the back is the Nybras character from Daz3D with the Nimbus character texture found on this site. The girl is a combination of the Helena and Grace V4 characters from Daz3D.com. The lighting is perhaps the most crucial part of this render. I'd highly suggest everyone study up on IBL and HDRI.
