Good image but is she supposed to be so flat looking? She looks 2D. I think it's a light and shadow thing if you didn't flatten it.
Great Start! I do think that you might want to bring the intensity on the lights down a bit if this is from Poser alone and not a result of postwork. The face seems just too "overexposed", unless this is the effect you were after. I think the hair and the overall composition is well done. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
