Returning to the Polis: by Elgon Agis 
It had been a very busy day, but finally the details, had been taken care of. The bobbin had been removed from the victim. It had been planted deep into the body, and slid from the carcass with a quick yank and a sickly sucking sound as the flesh closed in behind the withdrawal. I wrapped the bobbin carefully in linen and added it to the evidence basket.
I was relieved though. I believed that the physician
