I love Praying Mantis' (or is it Preying Mantis?). They are so alien looking and quite hostile. When I was a kid I used to tie two of them together and watch as they ripped each other to pieces. Ah, the joy of childhood! This is a fantastic capture! Love the DOF.

Love the angle, the colors and best of all the subject, she is a beauty. It's a good thing they don't get as big as chickens otherwise we'd be on the menu for sure. Great pic all the way around
