There is no "commercial off the shelf" or "found art" in computer modelled still life. The spontaneous joy of liberating ordinary items to live spectacular lives as art is thus subjugated to the very real experience of presenting design as 3dmodels with textures. There is creative juice flowing in deciding what to extrude, what to loft and what to just build as point to point meshes. Along the way, the need to let something sit a bit offset from it's final destination until you have all the joining parts to prevent collisons that lock points into an interior where they can not be accessed for tweaking pushing and pulling, is a brief pause. It is like letting a beautiful woman catch her breath as she sits down before making your remark that begins the research into her passion.

Great realism and detail. I really like the depth of field. The funny thing is is that I have a pasta machine sitting right beside me that I use for clay sculpture. Excellent work!!
