Description

This is the second piece I ever did. It's a very simple piece. ...At least now. At the time I was trying to figure out how to make it rain without painting it in postwork. I loath postwork. I would rather take a 100 hours figuring out how to do something in process, than do it in postwork. I think the rain came out great. And without doing it in postwork.

not bad for a second work. Very gloomy looking, kinda like a certain Indie film :P

This is great, epecially without the postwork. Wanna post a tut on that rain (nudge, nudge, wink, wink)? I am sure glad I am not in that story. The lightning is also too real for comfort (got shocked by some once).

I'll second the tutorial on the rain! I also HATE postwork, mainly because I'm terrible at it! :-) Great image!

Uh, that's a situation a pilot never wishes to be stuck in: engine burning! Great work with the lightning & rain stripes.

The engine fire isn't blazing much (probably because of the rain, I guess). Speaking of rain, it looks good in this 3D Image, & so do the streaks of lightning.
