Description
William Merlin
William Merlin was born on Earth and was praised for his natural ability as an engineer. William worked in the Mars Shipyards on the development team designing new power sources, and ship designs.
When the Dominion came through the Warmhole, William was tasked to develop a new ship for the fight agaist the new threat. He was instrumental in the design of the Defiant and it's development. Because of his talents, Star Fleet was fearful of sending into the battlezone. When the war ended, he requested that he be transfered to Deep Space 9. He was bored with the Shipyards and he wanted to know if there was more out there.
With his natural talents in Physics, Material, Propulsion, and System Engineering, he hopes that O'Brien will accept his suggestion for the inprovements to Deep Space 9.

about time...you sure have been taking your time keeping us in suspense =P as a trekkie, i love this render although i'm not sure if O'Brien would easily take suggestions then again William looks like he can be convincing if need be. excellent as always my friend!
