Description
This came from the dark recesses of my mind, I was feeling very down after hearing of the death of a friend. I find it disturbing to look at, it evokes painful memories from a dark time in my life.
Mostly done in Painter, Photoshop used too.

This is intensely good! As said above, the composition is truely wonderful... My eye is so drawn in. I really like the hand and the eye... i Like the position of the girl too. This reminds of a dream I used to have as a child. Had the same feeling that this picture envokes... helplessness...
You convey your feeelings extremely well with this image Roy, it is a dark piece & gives a striking sense of vulnerability & pain but is full of tenderness too, moving & evocative work.
Impressive picture indeed. The feelings are expressed strongly and yet in a very touching way. The composition and coloring , the light, all work together for the subject of the picture. A true depiction of a mind.
