okay these two guys are "harmless" Vampires who try to live in peace...Kou (the elder one,sometimes he transforms into a dangerous vampire) and his little brother Sei (the blonde one, his mission is to hold Kou at bay if he get's dangerous...and he is the only one who is able to do so)
