Description

This is my own terrain converted from a Mojoworld file. It is just a test to see how much of the original file actually remained. A slight departure from all the regular mountains one normally sees here. Hope it appeals to some of you folks. Comments always appreciated.

Original terrain and very nice lighting. But there's something strange with the clouds in the middle near the horizon : what are these 'square' artefacts ? Great render anyway.

This artifact in the clouds is probably the result of a low render setting. I just wanted the overall result. Thanks for pointin it out, though... must pay more attention to the detail.

I really like this terrain, most especially the grouping of stones on the right hand side. Interesting 'dolman' look to them. And I can see a group of apprentice artisians sculpting away at each and every one of them. Excellent...

Super cool terrain and an awesome composition; all the elements come together beautifully. So excellent!

IMHO not enough detail in the rocks geometries. Another natural source of inspiration: Ha Long Bay in Viet-Nam: http://images.google.ca/images?svnum=10&hl=en&lr=&c2coff=1&q=%22Ha+Long+Bay%22&btnG=Search Also check "Mono Lake" and "Bryce Canyon" in images.google.com.
