Great shot. I think the only thing that would make it better is to darken just the shadows of the entire lower half, to get rid of the tourists, especially the fat lady taking a picture(?). Squint when you look at the picture and all the details in the lower half disappear. By darkening the lower half of the picture, the lone figure at the bow would be more isolated and give the image a sense of solitude or serenity as he watches the sunset/sunrise. It's still a great pic, but could be a little better with some post-work.
