Description

Most of the time, when humans and Chimers meet, it is across thousands ,if not millions kilometers of open space in fierce combat. Most humans are barely aware what a Chimer looks like. Chimers are Hydrogen Cyanide breathing, Ethane drinking life-forms that dwell on Titan-like planets that usually orbit gas-giant planets. They live at temperatures so low, that the temperature would kill an unprotecteted human in seconds. The documented death of a Chimer had never before been seen before. Recordings from a small probe on a Chimer planet, showed this startling scene to Galactic Humanity. Shown are part of a family grouping shown in a previous still. They are in some kind of hospital, or care facility. On the "bed" of jelled methane is the fresh corpse of a young Chimer. In the back of the room is some kind of diagnostic read-out and a rare glimpse of a Chimer android! Composed of water-ice alloys, and composites, they never survive capture by Commonwealth Forces. What the Chimer on the right is doing is unknown. The relationship to the family group, or the young, dead Chimer on the "bed" is unknown as well. Humans cannot penetrate the incomprehensible music of the Chimer language. Further information was cut short by the untimely destruction of the micro-probe. If anyone has more information on the Chimers, you are urged to contact the Commonwealth Defence Department. Media is Vue 4
