Isis is an Ancient Egyptian goddess of magic, intellect and fertility. Her wings indicate her animal form, the hawk.

Your first render? Wow, this is quite awesome. You've a very good eye for colour and the blending and blurring of the figure against the background is very well done. The reflection map on the solar crown and the texturing of the skirt are a subtle but effective touch.
