I'm not a specialist (see Jeroen - aka Enmos...) but this could be the female of Osmia rufa (= latin name), the Red Mason Bee (http://fp.oxbeeco.f9.co.uk/osmia_rufa.htm) or Osmia cornuta !! Nice shot ! :~)
