Subject: I'm having troubles exporting separate body parts

Heyas, well, I set up Poser on this computer, but, I am having a problem. When I go to export a figure out of poser, I don't get that box, anymore that gives me the options to export individual body parts, or export as a morph target, etc. Could anyone help with this? Thanks in advance, Poppi

(It's like a game! 20 questions time!) Q: Only when exporting one format in particular, or do any of them work? (Did all the 3D codec plugins get installed ok?)

None of them work....I lost my connection while trying to download the 4.03 updater, but, am not sure if that will fix it or not. (I don't know if everything installed okay...Seems all is working but that.) Pop...Pop...Poppi!!!
