For decades the professional approach has been to build a portable application on a virtual OS. The virtual OS is an API for the OS functions required by the application. There Is a version of the VOS for each target system. The VOS is mainly glue code requiring zero knowledge of the application. Now mostly it can be written by AI. Also designing an application in the style Windows or any specific OS function is lazy and not in the interest of the end user. All the more evidence that Poser ts turning into junk under present management.
