If no one has a way to get motion blur from the camera, rotating the entire scene wouldn't be difficult. Parent everything that isn't conformed or already parented to a group and rotate that.

I can get motion blur to work when I move objects, but I'd like to hold the objects still and spin the camera around. Motion blur doesn't seem to take that into account. Is there a way to do it, or do I have to figure out how to rotate the entire scene?
