Today I received the newsletter three times..... Has this happened to others of you too?

I still don't get the newsletter. I guess I should put a ticket in about that again......

I would rather get 3 emails, which are grouped automatically as one if identical, than not get any kind of notification about the Renderosity Christmas Giveway.

They're being sent out around 1 or 2am Renderosity time. Look in the spam Folder? Do you get email notifications for any other Rendo stuff?

newsletter @ renderosity . com <--- you want to whitelist anything that ends in "@ renderosity . com"

Try to create an alias email account -- an additional email account that routes to your main account... and use that account to subscribe.

Guys, you really need to fix this. This is ridiculous. No newsletter for months then when I manually opt back in again like I had to last year, I get SIX OF THEM??

Please, this should not be difficult...just dedupe your list. Please. And thank you.

Thanks Ethan... i understand and appreciate your efforts and I hope that the new system, if proven viable, will address all these pains.

Do you guys have a timeframe for the transition or is this an ' assess phase' only?

It's just an assess phase right now. There's more plumbing needed to be able to send newsletters to the larger lists.
