Unfortunately, there's not likely to be a quick and easy / clean, all encompassing answer to your questions.
You don't mention whether you're talking about a commercial or non-commercial game, so bear in mind you will need licenses that cover commercial use if you plan on selling/monetizing your game in any way.
You also don't mention if you're talking strictly about Renderosity's MarketPlace "Standard" and "Extended" licenses, or licensing in general [from here and other digital marketplaces, since you mention Daz and being "new here"]. I don't know Rosty's licensing entirely off hand, if/how it extends to all products in the marketplace or if the individual vendor is able to modify the license to a degree.
Typically the standard "boiler plate" license for digital products is that you're NOT allowed to re-distribute the product, this includes as files in a game. The degree to which you can't redistribute the product, may occasionally vary, some licenses may allow distribution of "derivatives" for example. Further, some will allow their products to be used in only some use-cases, maybe, games but not scrap booking websites, etc.
I suspect for use in a game, you're more likely going to have to look into purchasing the "extended license" or "media license" etc as that is more likely to include scenarios where part or all of the product may be redistributed in some form. I don't believe you would have to purchase both the regular and extended license, the extended license should cover any personal use, as well as your extended use of the product. What the license covers may vary from product to product; if a basic license only allows personal/non-commercial use, its possible an extended license may only extend to cover some commercial use, and not necessarily to cases that would involve re-distribution.
I believe, the "extended license" in the Rosty marketplace DOES allow for use in games [except games like Second Life where you surrender the rights to anything you upload], again tho, I'm not sure if individual vendors can apply any restrictions to the "extended license" here beyond that tho, and other marketplace's version of an extended license could vary as well.
If there's no extended license available, or the [extended] license doesn't allow your specific use-case, then you'll have to find another product that does, or contact the vendor [in the case of Rosty, I think they have a marketplace email address you can contact for licensing, but I can't seem to find it, and the copyright forum here seems to have vanished!]. Some may be happy to work something out with you, more money is more money, others may not be interested at all, and you'll have to move on.
Using a product, pre-rendered, in a 2D game, should be OK [unless specifically prohibited in the license]. The product is intended to be rendered, what you do with those renders, should be largely up to you. Using the product pre-rednered in a game, would not be significantly different than a book cover or selling prints of a rendered image containing a product [that allows commercial use of course!]. You could very quickly get into some murky area if you were monetizing individual renders of the product however; example - having an in game cash shop that sold outfit changes for characters, if the "outfits" were just renders of the original product. I wouldn't like your chances trying to defend that use-case in court!
Looking at the product you linked as an example. The ReadMe file says -
"You may use any of the contents of this package in commercial or non commercial renders (promotions, artistic images, etc.), however, none of the elements in this package may be shared, redistributed, copied, edited, or altered in any way for the creation of other products.
Please review the Renderosity License documentation included for more detail."
That means, you probably could NOT use that product in a 3D game, under that license, as "redistribution" is prohibited. You should be allowed to use that product in the render for the box art of your game, "promotion and artistic images" are allowed. You'd have to check the "included license documentation" to be sure [and for possible specific prohibitions/restrictions], but you should be able to use that product in a 2D game, if you were rendering it as part of a character/background.
If you were rendering an image of just the product, and selling that in game, I'd have to think you'd be running afoul of the "copied, edited, or altered in any way for the creation of other products." provision in the ReadMe, as you've effectively created another product from the original, even though the original is a 3D product and yours is 2D, your chances of defending that use-case, probably NOT good.
Disclaimer - I'm NOT a lawyer, don't play one on TV, don't watch court room dramas either, but I hope this at least helps a little.

srry i means a game to "sell" ofcourse and how the licenses works here, because in daz i've already learned, here is which "still new for me".
let me see if i get it right basically i can only use products with "extended license", or i must try to contact or the "vendor" or the rosty staff to see if i can use it or no?? right? and about the license if only need to buy the "extended version then it's even better than daz were you have to pay 2 times, you have to pay the "normal price + extended license to use the stuffs.
hmmmm thanks for the replay, would be good a little more info but you helped a lot.
About 2d, yeah i means to render characters and use that render in 2d games, something like this game: https://store.steampowered.com/app/418620/The_TakeOver/ all the characters are 3d characters "pre rendered" then the render is used to make all the animations and the game, but my primary target is a normal 3d game in third person that 2d would be a alternative to use later.
So, for the benefit of future readers of this thread... if you are thinking about making two different types of game:
2D sprites in a Street Fighter style arcade game. In that case, no 3D mesh is involved and you are selling renders only - and you would almost certainly not need an Extended licence.
3D third-person, a shooter or RPG. In that case you'd be using and re-selling the 3D mesh and would need an Extended licence.

ok since i've tried in the newcomer forum and "it's seens like "dead", then i will try here too here my question:
hello, i'm new here and my first post and since being honest i don't want to "dive" too much in the forum to find the "proper rules" i feel which would be more fast just ask then srry for that.
Here's my questions
ok i'm a little old daz user (i feel it was like 4 years) then for daz i've already know the rules, but here i'm still not to sure even after read the rules still sometimes would be good a more "direct" and simplified answer.
i'm using daz stuffs specially g8 for game dev not render, then i want to know proper how things works here for that matter, for exemple i want to buy a outfit let's use this a exemple: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/rp-salty-scarlett/140906
let's say i wanted to use it to make a 3d third person game in my main character it would be allowed to use for the game??? or i do have to buy any special license or ask for license?? because i know which some products do have a "extended license" but i'm a bit confuse about it, i can only use those products, and if they don't have i can't???, another question when the product have a "extended license" i can pay only that "extended license version or i have to pay in case have both, the non extended version then then extended version (paying 2 times)???
Another question in case of 2D games were i can use a pre render(not real time)i means adding to the game the "render" not the product, i can?? how exactly work things if i want to buy something for game dev.
srry for any trouble and thanks in advance for any support and answers.
i would love to see any answer or help be moderator or any other user which know how the stuffs works here.
