Order # 112458835 danae Radiance Pro Light System
I just installed this Light System in PP2012 and it is simply no longer useable. I had no idea it was that old. I have no Preview since there are no .png files and the lights have no effect in PP2012. The 5 Star rating was appropriate years ago. A few weaks ago I bought the Fox lights Bundle for $3,50 and it is simply terrrific. The Radiance Pro is way past its time.
Is it possible to return this porduct for an in-store credit? I have already removed it from my Runtime.
