Hey gang.  I made this "freebie outfit" that incudes all the "bells and whistles".   However, I wanted to add a few more texture maps, but having worked on it for so long, I am completely burnt out.  Besides that, the "honey-do" list  is really getting long.  And so I thought,  this being an artistic community and all,  that some generous artist, or artists, could help me out here and do some textures for it.  We could then release our work at, or about, the same time, and give the community a "heck-of-a-freebie".  The UVmapping is really good with very little stretching, and the outfit includes the top, pants, and shoes.  I've included the templates but you might would rather make larger hi-res templates with "UVMapper".  You can see the outfit at the link provided, and if you are genuinely interested, send me an IM.
