Dear store staff: Got the usual error message when I tried to place my order - can't verify my address. Please process my order as soon as you can. Thank you, Janet Otremba (jade_nyc)

I'm not the one that handles this sort of thing, but as far as I know your address must match the one your credit card company has on record. Is there some difference between your CC billing address and the one you entered here? -Jeff

JenyK says it might have something to do with the dash "-" between the numbers of my address. I've had the same address since my first purchase here in 2000. Last year around this time the credit card verifier that you guys use started rejecting me ;) Anyways, this is standard every time I order - I have to contact the store staff and ask them to finish processing my order. Trust me, I wish I could just order and download like I do everywhere else. lol
