I'm looking for a cute bookstore, optionally with a small coffee counter / cafe. Preferably not a corporate chain like https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/163330/modular-mall-4-bookshop-for-poser  (which is fine, just not what I'm looking for).

The closest I see is https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/170311/samant-christmas-book-cafe but it will take a bunch of customizing because it can't be a winter scene. Any other suggestions? I could bash some scenes together if necessary.

I bought the https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/170311/samant-christmas-book-cafe today because I have been waiting for the price to drop. It does not take a bunch of customizing to get it non-Christmasy. In fact, I did it in less than 5 minutes. Selected and deleted all of the Christmas decorations and now it looks like a plain bookstore. Screen shot below of image that is not rendred.

Awesome, thanks. Sometimes that sort of thing requires making all the materials transparent, sometimes you just have to hide the props, nice to know it's an easy one.

In my case, it was just a matter of selecting what I did not want there, and simply deleting. I did change the materials for the items shown here, pillows, chairs and couch/sofa using shaders.
