Subject: Holiday Contest - Animation Contest "Additional Rules"?

The animation section of the current holiday contest seems to be missing some "additional rules" (vs. still images), e.g. running time, file size, formats, etc. Unless I'm just not seeing it. I sent a site mail to the manager, hopeandlove.
