I was wondering if anyone knew a link to this old freebie hat from 2006 or even its exact name, in case it survived one of my many hard drive meltdowns. Thanks in advance for any help :)

check the search as I saw a number that could work...search cowboy hat

 

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound

That looks like Skinmez's free hat (SZ Tophat) that used to be in the freestuff here but no longer seems to be available.

In skinmez's gallery here, there is an image called Rocket Queen 3 that shows the hat & has a broken link to it.

Perhaps you could contact the artist if this is the correct hat?

I just sent Skinmez an actual emaIl so we'll see what happens.Asked for a re-upload so I'll watch and approve it ASAP
