DarkEdge ( ) posted Sat, 26 January 2008 at 10:05 AM ¡ edited Mon, 25 March 2024 at 3:54 AM

Hi all.

Just that, will Photoshop CS 2 work on Windows XP Pro x64 bit operating system, do I need to download any weird drivers for it?

Thanks

Works ok for me so far :)
Note that it's setting up Win 64 itself that takes ages...downlaods...downloads lol
hence I paid poor sod in locla PC shop to build my new rig, he had to put up with that ;)

PS seems to fly on new rig.
had bother with some apps: UI bug with RHino, can't run UVMapper at all, andmy digital camera driver won't work, Vue I had to download a Microsoft app so it would load .obj models without crashing.

But it works superb withthings that like it.

Thanks for replying Silverblade.
Yes, the updating is rather long. 😄
Would you happen to remember the MS app for Vue that you downloaded?

Bottom of the page :) you have to be logge dinto E-on I think to get it? i.e. a registered Vue user.
Not everyone needs it, oddly enough. Thisis 64 bit version, 32 bit version as well apparently.

I had CS2 running on a windows 2000 machine at work, with no problem.
We have now moved to Vista 64 and it runs on that fine too.
