I'm not sure if anyone is online Sunday mornings?
I made a paypal order yesterday which screwed up - entirely my fault:
It's still showing as 'uncleared', because I hadn't updated my card expiry date. Doh!
Looks as though it will take about a week for them to manually fix it.
Could you please cancel order 111284579, so that I can re-order?
Or could I use another payment method to complete it?
I'd like to use the download items before the end of the weekend if possible.
