I think you're off to a good start! I went back and peeked through DrGeep's hair tutorial and wasn't sure if it was finished. I found up to Step 13, but couldn't see if there were other additional threads that had more steps ... Sooooooo, with that in mind, I will mention the Styling Controls, which you will find in Section 3 of the hair room. Click the Style Hairs button, and a palette will pop up. That palette allows you to select guide hairs and move, twist, turn, scale, and otherwise play with them. What I would do is try to select the bottom hairs at the base of her neck, and scale the ends in a little more. The top is tricky, and sometimes the best way to tackle it is to create more than one hair growth group so that you have better control over the direction in which the hair falls. But DON'T be discouraged. It looks like you have a good handle on the various settings in the Growth Controls area, so I have no doubt you will have fun with the Style Hairs palette. 8-)

Check out Softriver's tutorial. It includes a free low-res skullcap. (Low-res is best for dynamic hair.)This site uses cookies to deliver the best experience.
