Subject: Character animation site with C3

I found a site the other day that showed a character walking done in C3...very impressive, but now I don't remember and can't find the site. The character was a simple blue guy and there was also a download of the character's head on the web page....anyone know this site? I think it might have been Japanese or Chinese...not sure thou Thanks
