Out in the real world, we all have hobbies and interests in addition to the work we may be most known for. Here at Renderosity, our vendors have their own stories to tell. Things they do away from their products... special projects, awards, citations, or things of interest that most may not know about.
In an effort to better introduce our vendors to the rest of the community, we've asked them to tell us more about themselves, and share their stories. Rather than a straightforward interview, these are their stories, in their own words.
This week, we find out all about two artists and vendors, Sabby and Seven, also known to the community together as SASE.

About Sabby
My name is Elizabeth, but everyone calls me Liza. I live in Toronto with my three amazing kids and our kitties. My children are the center of my world and I pride myself in being a self-employed single stay at home mom.
I'm terrible at talking about myself, so I'll give you some little tidbits... I have two junk food addictions, Sour Patch Kids & Sunflower Seeds. I rarely wear shoes. I buy really cute PJs and call them my work clothes. My kids names all come from The Young and The Restless, it wasn't intentional, we found out years later. I was born in Louisiana and raised in Mississippi. My mom died when I was 10. I met my soulmate in a video game. I will one day live in California. I've been to USA, Canada, Bahamas, Argentina, Brazil, New Zealand, Austraila, France, Italy and England... I still want to go to Greece. I can play Mario Kart for hours! Now onto the more interesting stuff—
I started selling at Renderosity in 2008... After selling 50 of Sabby-Jadyn, my first character, in her first month— I was HOOKED. I couldn't believe that people wanted what I created. I started to browse the gallery and see images created with Jadyn... and each image I saw made me burst with excitement. I've made over 100 more characters since that one, I am still the same as before, I LOVE to see artwork created with my lovies. It makes me so giddy inside, I can not comment on them all because there are just so many, but I do see them.
While I do other things in my spare time, I always somehow end up back at my computer creating something new, even on my days off. I love what I do for work so much, that even when I am not working, I am still doing it... it is my full time job, yes, but it is also my passion.Â
About Seven
My name is Trish and I'm very happily married for 7 years now, and the mother of one awesome son who turned 20 a couple of months ago. I have no idea where the time went, one day he was running around in diapers and the next thing I knew he was all grown up! Â I'm originally from Aberdeen, Scotland but have lived in North East Texas for a very long time. Because I'm from Scotland, my son, my mother and I were the only family I had in the U.S. for most of my life, but now I also have wonderful family members in Ohio.
I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to travel while growing up. I lived in Majorca, Spain for a year. Â I would love to go back someday and see it through the eyes of an adult. I was quite young when I lived there but I remember very clearly how beautiful is it. After leaving Spain, my family and I returned to Scotland for a year before moving the the United States. We only stayed for a year and a half before moving again, this time to Singapore for two and a half years. Â
Since then I've been living in the United States, mostly in Texas although I did live in Virginia and New Jersey for brief periods of time and in Denver, Colorado for two years.Â
I bought my first copy of Poser in December of 2007 and quickly became hooked. Â In July of 2009 I released my first product at Renderosity. Â I stared with a set of backgrounds but quickly learned that character creation was what I really love to do. Â Â
About SASE (Sabby & Seven)
Written by Sabby
In April 2011, I contacted Seven, seeing her lovely girls in the
marketplace, I've always admired her artistic abilities. Since she
and I have a very similar creative style, we decided to try and do
a few collaborative products... it was so much fun working with one
another that we just kept on doing more and more projects together,
not only do we do SASE products (50/50 characters),
but we've been so close that we also work on and help each other
with our non-collaborative products, which is why you'll see her
name on some of my Sabby products and my name on some of her SV7
products and also why we do our BOGO sales the way we do.
:)Â
Seven & I became very quick friends and now our conversations range from trading recipes to friends to family to pets and love life issues (lol, mine not hers!) ~ Caring more about each other than our own bottom dollar, we've managed to get through some tougher times as well. We're a great team.
