How long have you been involved in digital art?
I’m an old Brycer from way back, and Bryce led me to Poser, and so on and so on … and here I am today.  So I guess I’ve been around for about 10-11 years now.
What influences your work the most?
Probably my own ideas about what customers want. My sense of what is fun, uncomplicated, versatile, and well done. I used to “be†a customer, so I always try to pull on that experience.Â
How would you describe your creative process?
I suppose that my creative process begins with an idea stewing in my head … that idea usually depends on my mood, the weather, my surroundings, etc. Then I'll sit down and try to manifest those ideas in some concept drawings and sketches. Then they always tend to evolve even further once I begin to do the real work ... I’m always exploring the possibilities, embracing some immediately, and abandoning others for a later time.Â
What are the biggest challenges you face in your work?
Attempting to fit all that I want to do and accomplish within the deadlines I set for my projects.Â
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Creating something from nothing … something from a simple thought or imagination … seeing the ideas coming together and materializing into forms and shapes that others can enjoy.Â
Do you have any advice for aspiring Digital Content Developers?
All I can say is that if you're willing to endure the long, uphill road that lays before you, all you have to do is take that first step, and just do it.Â
Do you have any final words?
First and most importantly, I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to all my customers. It means a great deal to me to know that you support me and my work, and I hope I can continue to create things that you love. I love hearing from you, and I look forward to bringing new and exciting creativity to your world for a long time to come.
I want to thank my son, Buddy. You have always been there
supporting me and my work, and I love you very, very much.
