I've been selling at Renderosity for over 15 years. Sure, there have been bumps and issues along the way, but Renderosity does a lot of things better than other sites: I like that Renderosity always pays on time and merchants can chose from different payment options such as PayPal, check, or ACH/ electronic payments.

I like how Renderosity keeps its merchants informed about upcoming sales and allows the merchants to choose whether they want to join or not. I sell at an "other site" (which I won't mention by name) and they don't tell their merchants when a sale is coming out out of fear that the merchants will spread the news, which will cause customers to hold off on buying until the sale starts. And by not telling the merchants, the merchants don't have a choice to opt-out of the sale.

I also like how Renderosity sends an e-mail every time a product is sold with the customer's name. Personally, I love checking e-mail in the morning and seeing "Product Sold at Renderosity (65)". (GMail groups all the messages with the same subject line together so I quickly know that I made 65 sales!) 😄 The "other site" doesn't send e-mail notices to say you've made a sale nor do they send the customer's name. As a side note, the problem with not showing the customer name is that the merchant can't verify a purchase when the customer asks for help. Did the customer actually spend his money, which entitles him to technical support, or did he download it from a file-sharing site and he wants free support?

And the Renderosity store staff is always quick to answer questions. I've sold on some non-Poser sites where the staff took their time replying to my question about why I didn't get paid. It turned out that I didn't make the minimum pay-out amount that month, but it would have been nice if they didn't take 5 days to say that.

And even at the longest, the testing times at Renderosity are less than half that at the "other site". Though I've had products approved in a few days.

Rendo is family, not just a brokering place. For many of us it is security, friendship, passion and people like us who love Art and freedom, they are professional and encouraging with everyone.

I agree with all of you, Renderosity is the best place to be! 😻
