just an idea, should we go to differant catagories for AOM?art can be so diversified but can it be broken down to five cats.......?realism,abstract,program limited(i.e. poser only render or photoshop only),unlimited, and beginner.......just a thought

After closely examining all the nominated AOM artists I have to say Renderosity is lucky to have such wonderfully diverse artists. From the surrealism of Kracker and gravenrobber, to the majestic Brycean landscapes of Sking. The soft beauty of Morriss figures, the polished detail in brschmidt's work, and the imaginative visions of Lorraine. Each of these artists are deserving of high praise on their own. It also makes it difficult to choose who should be the AOM this time around. I just want each of these artists to know that they are all winners in my book. Thanks for sharing your gifts with this community!

Very difficult choosing among these excellent artists! Sking's work stunned me technically, but Lorraine's work has a maturity and a richness that many digital artists (including myself) cannot seem to obtain very often. Lorraine gets my vote because, while the other nominees' work is visually breathtaking, her work actually makes me "feel" something - And that's what art is all about to me.
