YES YES YES!!!! I first discovered Janny Wurtz' work through collaborative work she did with Raymond E Feist. What I didn't realise is that she is such a talented artist too...doubly blessed. Thanks for the interview Renderosity, great reading, and since she appears to be involved with the artwork for DragonCon, does that mean any chance of a personal appearance at DragonCon? Right, so can we have a Julian May interview at some point then pretty please? :-) Goes away happy Andi 3dmodelz
WOW! What a good interview! I first encounterd Janny when I found the Keeper of the Keys trilogy and instantly fell in love. I have every book in her Wars of Light and Shadow and it is an amazingly complex book about Light, Love, and Compassion. On the flip side, it is also a story about Shadow, Dispair, and Apathy. It is a great read. The website that is mentioned in the article is http://www.paravia.com/ which is actually Janny's name for the planet/continent that he Wars of Light and Shadow take place. It is highly recommended to visit the Chat area on Janny's site. She is very active there. Thank you vishane for a wonderful article! Tankred
Thanks Audre, we're intending to get over the pond for Dragon*Con ourselves, money and red tape allowing, hopefully a couple of days early to take in Ozzfest as well! To be honest, havent paid much attention to the guest list, because there will be lots that we want to do, but with a small trade stand, I don't imagine we'll get time...we'll see. Would be nice to meet a few people. Many thanks
