Hi John, Cool vision. There's a few things that I might be able to help you with. Assumption:- Don't use dodge/burn in post work for the moon. If you use PS you can look at using the layers to remove the elements you want or use something like a lasso tool to cut the image out & paste...but then use things like lighting & colouration blends so it sits right in the sky. With Mojo there is a lot more control you can get with shapes & materials that may give you a greater varied result. Look at using 2 simple materials 1 brown & 1 green & use a simple slope blend curve between the 2 with 0.9 to 1 on the input curve values....Once you get that you can then start making more & more complex materials. Slope blending is just one of many methods that you can use. -->>> I hope you don't take this as critical but more supportive as intended :-)
