This picture is a frame from a movie clip, hence the absence of EXIF.
Date: December 18, 2011, 2:01 PM (local).
Location: national park De Groote Peel in the Netherlands (Google Maps "Groote Peel, Heusden Gem Asten, Nederland").
A landscape like this (the picture, not the entire park) must have been predominant across most of the Netherlands some 1500 years ago.
I may have taken over a thousand photographs and some clips there, so do ask if you'd like to see other aspects of the park.
