Modeled, surfaced/textured, weight & morph mapped, rigged and animated via LightWave. Hair & fur rendered via Sasquatch plug-in for LightWave. Post-work in PhotoShop CS2.

Mind you, I don't normally give useful advice about armour, but I must admit I'm not sure about the practicality of those shoulders. Sure, the upward/outward sweep is jaunty, and permits a wider range of motion, but I suspect it might also have a tendency to catch, rather than deflect, attacks. The glancing angle will direct any blows inward, toward the neck ....

Good point about the design of the armor in the shoulder area. Hadn't thought about that. Hmmm, could design a ring of metal around the neck that would be angled outward. Some of the reference material I uncovered shows a medieval suit of armor with just such a design.

Armor is always a hard one when you want to move the chracter, and always needs planing. i think it looks pertty cool. would like to see a back shot. nice work.
