Judging from the reflection and splash effects in your scene, I can tell that you're not an ordinary artist that just sets up a scene, pose, and then render. You have a lot of technique in your work that I usually see in other peoples work such as realistic shadows, fog, rain, etc. I want to be able to do things like this too. But I lack the experience. Anyway, keep doing what you do.
