Another shot of part of the Sella group from Sasso Lungo. The Dolomites ^^/\^^ Many thanks for all the kind comments on this little series of pictures from the Sasso Lungo mountains. Onward to other things from tomorrow, after all Italy has more than just pretty mountains (like chocolate ice cream for example).

What a composition! The foreground rocks (and even flowers) add so much to the presence. And the road offers just enough of a human intrusion to give some scale to this staggering scene. Thank you for sharing it! And btw, V.
