I dont really think this is realism yet. Theres still a lot of work you need to do to the skin, and the hair. Also, I think maybe the specular on her legs is a little too intense.

In MY opinion, you did well with this. To address a comment by the previous poster, realism is in the eye of the beholder. We should give credit to this person for at least making an attempt. For critiques like that, they are better suited for the critiques gallery.
