Well, it seems to be getting better but not sure how I feel about it now. Anyways, what do we think?

DEFINATELY an improvement I think. If you're unsure about it, try it out with one or two lights. Often skin looks its best with a really simple lighting scheme. I'm no expert, but this is much much better than how it started out with.

OK. Thanks for that, crustychristie. I'll try sticking her into a scene or something with multiple lighting and see how she looks. And, btw, thanks for your input and help.
