The tower controlls the air, water and other unregular things. The great Leader has ordered to build many of these towers for a better security of all Sectors.

This bird's eye view is nice. I think you should work more on the islands. In post processing try adding lots of alien ships in the air and a big planet above in between the clouds. It will be really great! Just an idea. It should give some idea about the tower, visually.
