I think it's rather nice, I understand when you upload the picture it comes out bigger than you think. I had to get used to that myself, Good work though ^_^, I like it.

Ahhh....much better, if you're using Photoshop, you can see what size the image will be by selecting your magnification tool, and clicking the "Actual Pixels" button at the top of the window, that should give you the size it will be when uploaded, also remember to use your "Save for Web" feature that helps you control the file size, and lets you know how fast it will load.
